ASAP Property Maintenance Ltd is a roofing and property maintenance business covering Staffordshire, Cannock and the surrounding areas. We are the "data controller" responsible for your personal information.

Information you give us — when you complete the quote form or book an inspection, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your email address (optional)

• The type of work you need and how soon you need it
• If you book a visit, the appointment time you choose (handled by our booking provider, Calendly)

Information collected automatically (only with your consent) — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use the site and how our advertising performs. This may include your approximate location, IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site.

How and why we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry — to arrange your free inspection, prepare your quote and contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To provide our services — to carry out the work and keep records of it. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you and compliance with our legal obligations.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising — using analytics and advertising cookies. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
